Planning with Purpose.

Partnering for Impact.

Leading schools is complex, and compliance requirements can add unnecessary weight. We partner with leaders by completing LCAPs, WASC reports, and strategic initiatives on their behalf, transforming them into aligned, actionable plans that build confidence, open capacity, and allowing teams to continue to focus on what matters most — students.

WASC Writing
$0.00

At Educator Planning Partnerships, LLC, we help schools prepare for WASC accreditation with clarity and confidence. We partner with your leadership team to make the process manageable and meaningful.  From report writing and project management to stakeholder engagement and visit preparation, we simplify the accreditation process and help your school present a story that is authentic, data-informed, and aligned with your vision.

Our WASC services include:

  • Document Review

    • We begin by reviewing your school’s core documents—academic performance data, strategic plans, prior WASC reports, and related materials—to identify key themes, progress trends, and areas for reflection.

  • Project Management

    • We manage the full report timeline from start to finish, tracking deliverables and keeping your team on schedule. This allows you to stay focused on leading your school, without having to juggle the administrative side of the accreditation process.

  • Stakeholder Engagement Planning

    • We help you plan and structure your engagement process. This includes developing agendas and materials for meetings with staff, students, and families. Your team facilitates the sessions, while we ensure you have everything needed to gather meaningful input that will inform the report.

  • Full Report Writing

    • Using the insights and data gathered by your team, we write the complete WASC report—ensuring it is well-organized, data-informed, and aligned to WASC accreditation criteria and your school’s mission and goals.

  • Visit Preparation Support

    • As your team prepares for the WASC visit, we help you develop the visit agenda and provide detailed feedback on all materials. While you manage communication and logistics with the visiting committee, we offer expert support behind the scenes to ensure you’re ready.

Our Purpose

We believe school leaders should be able to lead boldly—focused on their students, staff, and the futures they’re building. Our work exists to unlock that space. By partnering with school and network leaders to deeply understand existing goals and priorities, we align state and federal planning requirements, like the LCAP and WASC, to the work already happening. You set the vision, while we ensure the planning documents lift it instead of limit it.

Who We’ve Worked With

What Our Clients Are Saying

“We have been undergoing a major restructure project in our organization that is happening in phases over a few years. Ryan has been absolutely essential by supporting us in developing our strategy, as well as tactical and logistical planning of timelines, meetings and communication. Ryan brings an unmatched combination of deep understanding and experience with educational systems, technical skills and expertise, and sensitivity to change management.”

Lisa Freccero, VP of Strategy, Aspire Public Schools

“We have been the beneficiaries of Ryan's LCAP services for several years, and I'm so grateful for his support. Since beginning our partnership with Ryan in 2022, our LCAP quality has improved while our internal time spent on them has significantly decreased. Every year, Ryan works hand-in-hand with us to produce LCAPs that are authentic to our needs and priorities. Working with Ryan frees up our leaders to focus on the actual meat and potatoes of the LCAP—building and executing our strategy so that we are driving stronger results for our students and families.”

Nicole Wais, Chief Strategy Officer, Alpha Public Schools

“Working with Ryan and Educator Planning Partnerships was one of the smoothest LCAP experiences I’ve had while leading Irvine International Academy. His deep understanding of both state and federal requirements gave me the confidence to focus on leading my team and supporting our students, knowing our plan was in expert hands. Ryan was incredibly collaborative and accommodating throughout the process, always ensuring our school’s vision and needs were front and center. I highly recommend him to any school leader looking for a trusted and knowledgeable partner in LCAP development."

Dr Stefan Bean, former Executive Director, Irvine International Academy

“Being supported by Educator Planning Partnerships (EPP) this past year, felt like a true collaboration. Ryan is knowledgeable, high touch, and a pleasure to work with. The materials prepared by EPP were easy to use and Ryan was always two steps ahead by knowing and diligently following the plan. Ensuring that the schools team had all they needed for each and every stakeholder. I would definitely work with EPP again and believe you should too.”

Christian Cabrera, MPA, Executive Director, Summit K2
