Who we are
Ryan is the Founder and Owner of Educator Planning Partnerships, LLC, an independent education consultant providing consultation in the areas of project and change management, strategic planning, and state and federal compliance to K-12 school districts with an emphasis on charter schools and has 15 years of experience in education.
Prior to starting his own education consulting company, Ryan led state and federal compliance at Aspire Public Schools. In this role, he designed and delivered professional learning programs across Aspire’s 36 schools to support state-wide strategic planning efforts. Ryan has sat on the California Department of Education Local Control and Accountability Plans Redesign Advisory Group, Charter School Development Center Professional Learning Network, and the California Collaborative for Education Excellence LCFF Content Review Team.
Ryan holds a BS in Business Management from Northern Michigan University and a MA in Elementary Education from DePaul University.
